Learners begin by brainstorming key terms and concepts related to social media before comparing and contrasting different social networking site to look for common features. Finally they are introduced to some current debates and issues before discussing the digital divide. Comes with a PowerPoint presentation with 17 slides, a key terms glossary and screenshots of well-known social media sites for annotating.
